مؤشر تنبيهات آلية ProtectDefenders.eu

يُستهدف المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان على نحو متزايد بسبب عملهم في مجال الدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان. ويُعد مؤشر آلية ProtectDefenders أداة رصد تسهم في رسم خريطة بالانتهاكات المرتكبة تجاه المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان لتوضيح حجم القمع والضغوط التي يواجهونها في جميع أنحاء العالم.

ويستند هذا المؤشر إلى التنبيهات العامة التي يقدمها شركاء آلية Protectdefenders.eu وإلى معلومات جرى التحقق منها. إلا أن قائمة التنبيهات قد لا تعبر عن أرقام شاملة وحقيقية بأي شكل من الأشكال. فالأرقام الحقيقية تزيد عن ذلك بكثير لأن العديد من التنبيهات والهجمات لا يُبلغ عنها. بالإضافة إلى أن تلك الأداة لا تجمع أي تنبيهات بشأن بلدان الاتحاد الأوروبي.
