Organised on 7 February 2019 in collaboration with the International Civil Society Center, this webinar focused on the different tools and resources that ProtectDefenders.eu has available for activists at risk working in the frontline. ProtectDefenders.eu, the European Union Human Rights Defenders mechanism, provides emergency assistance and support to activists in many ways: from advocacy and capacity-building to material support, including temporary relocation, tailored to the specific needs of each individual, community or organization.
